About the Author

Clyde W. Barrow received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the U of California Los Angeles in 1984. Dr. Barrow specializes in political economy and public policy. He is currently a professor at the U of Massachusetts Dartmouth and has served as Director of the instituition's Center for Policy Analysis since 1993.
